This blog represents my attempt to assemble the most effective solutions for back pain. I look at Journals, but also anecdotal evidence.
My research extends to exercise prescriptions for those with scoliosis.
I see clients in london with low ( and upper) back pain, and once cleared by a doctor I set you exercises that will strengthen your back and build its endurance capacity. I also use deep tissue massage, specific stretching, release, medical dry needling and manipulation.
